Conditions of Sale
- Orders to be sent as soon as possible and be accompanied by a 30% deposit
- *No deposits will be refunded on cancellations*
- All orders must be paid for on pick up or prior to consignments being despatched unless otherwise arranged
- The $12.00 per 1000 Levy applies to all Victorian commercial growers, there is also an $8.00 per 1000 (or part thereof) National Legislative Levy on strawberry runners for the purpose of industry research and development work.
- We accept no responsibility for delay in delivery, failure to deliver, loss or damage in any way from any cause beyond our control
- All freight charges are payable by the purchaser
- Complaints regarding the quality of plants must be reported within five (5) working days of receipt of plants
- An agreement for non-propagation of strawberry plants must be signed by commercial growers
- Levies and Royalty price may vary
- Royalty charged on PBR plants
